Fitness goals!

 Some of you might remember that I've been working towards some fitness goals since September 2021. This is because during the pandemic, I gained about 10-15lbs and my body fat% went up quite a bit. 


My goals were: 

1. Get back down to 160lbs

2. Get my body fat % down to 20%

3. Get my waist down to 30"

I hit 2 of the 3 goals a month ago or so and have still been working towards getting that waist back down. But the reason I want to celebrate today is just the fact that I've had the confidence to show my midriff a bit more, especially at the gym. 


Throughout this journey (it's almost been a year!) I've learned some healthier ways of eating that are maintiainable and not a lot of extra work, while still allowing myself to have fun and enjoy life (and food!).

Hype Friday!

 I'm hyped yall! My waist is down an inch to 31" and my body fat % is down below 21% now! My weight is at a good spot too. I'm almost at my goals! Feeling pretty good about my abs too haha.
