August Streaming Schedule

 It's August! The final month of Costume Making Season! And yes I'll be continuing making latex live on stream every Monday night and a few Thursday nights too. You'll notice some gaps in there because I'll be going to Emerald City Comiccon and DragonCon too!

Fitness goals!

 Some of you might remember that I've been working towards some fitness goals since September 2021. This is because during the pandemic, I gained about 10-15lbs and my body fat% went up quite a bit. 


My goals were: 

1. Get back down to 160lbs

2. Get my body fat % down to 20%

3. Get my waist down to 30"

I hit 2 of the 3 goals a month ago or so and have still been working towards getting that waist back down. But the reason I want to celebrate today is just the fact that I've had the confidence to show my midriff a bit more, especially at the gym. 


Throughout this journey (it's almost been a year!) I've learned some healthier ways of eating that are maintiainable and not a lot of extra work, while still allowing myself to have fun and enjoy life (and food!).

Hype Friday!

 I'm hyped yall! My waist is down an inch to 31" and my body fat % is down below 21% now! My weight is at a good spot too. I'm almost at my goals! Feeling pretty good about my abs too haha.

I lost my pandemic weight!

I know I'm not the only one who struggled with weight during the pandemic so I want to celebrate the progress I've made. 
In September 2021, my clothes started not to fit and my weight had been hitting up in the high 170s. The usual things I'd tried weren't working and I wasn't sure I was getting enough out of the gym either. 
Enter Coraleigh who helped me get back on track with keeping better track of calories, implementing healthy nutritional habits, all the while still learning to live/travel and do all the things I wanted to do. 
The before/after pic is slightly deceiving because I'm not flexing in the before pic but the proof is the fact that my waist is back down and my clothes fit again. 
Hoping to keep this program up for a while, learning to maintain, and maybe try some new things too.

24 hour Charity Stream Results!

 


Y'all we raised $1120 towards the fundraiser! I'm so happy and excited at the progress we made during the 24 hour charity stream. 
If you missed it, you can check out some of the VODs on YouTube and I'll be streaming more till the end of June to continue to raise funds too!

As for me, I'm exhausted. It was worth it but wow I'm really out if it today haha. Hopefully the next day or so I can get back to a normal circadian rhythm haha.

This week will be a little different. I failed to stream on Friday so I'm going to make that up on Sunday morning. Also Friday stream is canceled because at 3am on Saturday I'm starting my 

24 hour Charity stream raising funds for Cheer Seattle!

First shoulder workout since Knee Surgery

1 week post-op from this knee surgery and I finally started getting back into working out, yay!


Just a quick little 1 hour stream, mostly chatting, but some shoulder exercises too. I think I might do this again on Friday but with biceps/triceps.

January Butt Lift


Well here we are, in January 2021, still in quarantine with no gyms. After doing a daily ab challenge for VLOGMAS in December, I decided to keep that going with a January Butt Lift program (along with my other workouts). 

I'm 8 days in and going strong so far! It's tough though, I really want the gyms to open back up again!
