March NYC Trip!

 Had a great time in NYC for work for the week and then Mark flew out from Seattle and Meshark, my son, flew out from Boston and we saw some shows and sights and hung out and ate some good food too! And I got to meet Nicole from twitch too!!

 Wow it's been a great gaming season where I didn't have to feel too constructive....but that time is over.

Trip to White Sands, New Mexico!

Went on a trip for my friend Mark's birthday. We flew to El Paso and drove to Las Cruces, New Mexico so we could visit White Sands National Park. It was a great time involving food, shopping, jacuzzi time, horseback riding, and photoshoots/video shoots and seeing some sights too.

Grand Canyon!

 Me and a friend had the pleasure of seeing the West rim of the Grand Canyon and walking on the "Sky walk". It was a fun experience. Starting 2022 off right with some new experiences and I also got Arizona as a state I've been to! haha.

Trip to Albuquerque

My last trip before summer is on the books. We went to Albuquerque , why? Well it's kind of random haha. 

But we found lots to do and it was warm weather! Which is a huge requirement for me!

As you can see, I packed my usual 2 bags for a 4 day weekend lol. 
 

Oh and we flew First Class and my friend Renee got us sparkle masks too!

Indoor pool anyone? YES! And lots of good food. I probably ate too much green chili sauce too! haha

Love me tender! Oh and did you know the New Mexico State Flag had so much representation with symbols!

We also drove out to Santa Fe and had Mexican and fro yo. 

And we of course enjoyed some time in the Immersive Art that is Meowulf! Trippy AF!

And finally we went up in hot air balloons! It was my first time and it as pretty fun.

Overall it was a great time with some friends in some warm weather!

First time in NOLA

2021 is a year where I'm traveling more. Yeah we have to wear masks on planes and around towns but I still have a small group of friends that travel and we're off. 

First trip was New Orleans this last weekend and it was a blast! We joked the whole Time that NOLA stood for NO - LA (as in Los Angeles). 

I ate some gluten this trip; I had to try beignets at Cafe Du Monde! 

We also played dominos at a Cigar bar and did a photoshoot on the steps of the Mississippi River. 

I bought a unicorn dress that was made for me (and not too expensive!) and we got dressed up for the Commander's Palace, a fancy restaurant that has been around since the 1800s.

Then we took a small road trip to visit a friend's family in Mississippi where we ate crawfish and put a friend's niece up in a prep!

Had tarot cards read professionally (and unprofessionally by Mark) too. 

I had a great time with some great friends seeing some new places and having some new experiences too. And sleeping in a spooky house with mirrors and locked closets wasn't all that bad.....as long as the lights were on while you slept haha. 

I think my favorite part was laughing and just being with my friends....IN PERSON. Something much needed in the last year.

It's good to be home....but I'm ready for my next trip!
