Back in August 2020, I decided to start live streaming on twitch. Playing video games and making costumes, etc.
I wasn't sure what the deal with live-streaming was. Why do people watch others play games or make things? But my reasoning for starting was that I needed company. Come along and hang out with me while I do things.
What I found was that not only did I make a lot of friends who came to my streams but I found myself hanging out win their streams and discords and participating in events and what we have built is not just a community....but several communities!
And here we are and I've surpassed 500 followers on my twitch channel.
So to celebrate that and to gear up for doing a 24 hour charity stream.....I'm going to stream for 12 hours on Saturday! It'll be a mix of gaming and karaoke and I'll also be doing a game giveaway too.
I'm also going to dress up as Lady Spock...although if I get too hot in the outfit, I may switch to my Romulan outfit.
The planned schedule is (all times are in PDT):
9am - Stream starts, play Tales of Vesperia, post-game dungeon
11am - Premier my newest music video: Play my game. Maybe watch a few more vids while eating lunch.
1pm - Karaoke - Singing, song requests, etc.
5pm - Giveaway time! and dinner.
6pm - Play more Hyperdimension Neptunia
9pm - Stream ends.
